Roast pan

The oval roast pan is ideal for both turkey and steamed fish. You may choose either with
or without lid. Use the ones with lid in low temperature, longer time, to create “fall off the
bone” tender meat taste, and the ones without lid in high temperature shorter time to create
the meat with crispy skin taste.

The rectangle shaped roast pan is the most common roast pan for a reason because you can
use it for either baking dessert or roasting dishes.
